| At Mallorca Restaurants 121 we offer a placement service for groups of more than 10 people. We offer advice on where to celebrate any special occasion at a restaurant in Majorca. |

| It's easy and the service is free of charge to you: all you have to do is contact us with your needs by completing the form below with your contact details and requirements (e.g. size of group, date of event, dietary requirements). We will get back to you with some suggestions, and upon your email confirmation, we will pass on your request to the restaurant. |

| Mallorca Restaurants 121 Group Placement Procedure: |

| 1. All correspondence between you and Mallorca Restaurants 121 will be by email only |
| 2. We will contact restaurants for you to check availability etc |
| 3. We will send you an email with some restaurants we recommend |
| 4. We then need an email from you to confirm your decision |
| 5. Once we receive an email of confirmation from you, we will pass on your details to the venue of your choice so the restaurant can confirm your booking either by phone or email |
| 6. You will also receive an email from Mallorca Restaurants 121 |
| 7. All menus, dietary requirements, etc. to be arranged between you and the restaurant |

| Important |
| Most restaurants in Mallorca require at least a few days' to a few weeks' notice for large group bookings, and often more than that in peak tourist months. We will endeavour to respond to all requests within 24 hours. |
